General Pricing Guidelines

It is the philosophy of the Academy to work in ways that will result in a win-win solution for clients and consultants while encouraging an ongoing relationship. In addition, grants and other types of support may be applied for to sustain projects. Each contract is customized, depending on expertise, time, content, and support activities. A general guideline for pricing is—

Material Fee + Fee per Educator Workshop Participant

or

Fee per Workshop or Custom Program (may include the following depending on customization):
·$25-200 per Program Design Hour
·$50-500 per Delivery Hour
·$75-1,000 per Research, Assessment, or Evaluation Hour

Note: Fee ranges suggest a range based on the topic, level of expertise, and resource or statistical support required
