Payment and Program Policies

  • A nonrefundable annual $ 25 registration fee is required for each student.
  • For additional children in the same family the registration fee is $ 12.50.
  • Tuition is based on 35 weeks of training and divided into nine equal payments, after the 7th of the month will considered late and a $ 10 late fee will be added
  • For any returned check, a $25 service charge will be applied to your account.
  • A student who must withdraw from the program is required to complete a withdrawal form. Tuition will be refunded on a proportionate basis four weeks after withdrawal form is complete.
  • All new students with previous training must take a placement class to determine appropriate class level. For Pre-Dance Program, parents are to
    encourage to observe their child's class during the last 20 minutes of the class each month.
  • SBW cannot be held responsible for any injury or for medical costs related to their classes at SBW.
  • No smoking, gum chewing, or food are allowed in the classroom.
  • SBW reserves the right to alter any advertised program or faculty as necessary.
  • All students must attend all classes within any given level. Students must notify Ms. Wu by calling 937/408-3543 prior to absence. No refunds or credit are given for missed classes. For Pre-professional mentoring program students may have credit toward the June 2005 summer classes. For pre-Dance program, students can arrange a make-up class with a different class within 4 weeks.

 

Dress Code

All female ballet students must wear their hair in classical bun with bangs neatly pinned back. Pink tights and pink ballet shoes for girls and black tights with white T-shirts and black ballet slippers for boys. No baggy pants or T-shirt over the leotard. No gum and heavy jewelry.
